Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your New Yolk Cap!
We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If your cap isn’t quite what you expected, we’ve got you covered—although, please note that we don’t offer refunds unless the product is damaged.
Damaged Products:
If your cap arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to replace it or provide a refund for the damaged item.
To initiate a return for a damaged product:
- Email us at newyolkcaps@gmail.com with your order number and a description or photo of the damage.
- Once we confirm the issue, we will issue a return label for the damaged cap.
- You will receive a replacement or a refund (depending on availability) once we’ve processed the return.
Exchanges:
We don’t typically offer exchanges for non-damaged items, but if you’ve ordered the wrong size or style, please reach out to us. We’ll try our best to accommodate your request.
Non-Damaged Returns:
For non-damaged items, we are unable to offer returns, so please be sure to double-check your order before completing your purchase!
